Package contents, care and customization details to help you prepare your project brief. **What is included in a standard set?** A typical 2011 set includes the garment, controller, charging cable, small spray bottle and instruction manual. **Can I customize the garments and app?** Add a heat transfer logo to an existing garment, or develop a new pattern, controller exterior, packaging and dedicated app. Custom apps start at 100 garment and controller sets and can include membership functions. **Are the garment channels and controller outputs the same number?** They describe different parts of the system. The full body garment has 10 channels and 20 electrodes; the 2011 controller has 16 independent outputs. The other garment formats have their own electrode and channel counts. **How should the garment be cleaned?** Remove the controller first. Hand wash the garment, or place it in a laundry bag and use a gentle machine wash cycle. **How do I choose a size?** Use the 2011 size guide for all four garments. Length measurements are in cm. The full body suit XXL recommended weight is 90 to 105 kg, and the training top XXL Hip entry is 36 cm. Hip refers to body hip circumference. **Can I order a sample?** Paid samples are available from stock. Ask sales about sample charges and whether they can be credited against a bulk order. **What warranty do you provide?** For faults not caused by user damage, garments carry a 3 month warranty and controllers a 1 year warranty. We arrange repair, replacement parts or a replacement unit according to the issue. **What information is needed for a quotation?** Send your company, garment format, quantity and customization requirements.
