## OEM / ODM

From an existing product to a new EMS concept.

**Can MacroSea supply OEM and ODM products?**

Yes. All products in the MacroSea range support OEM and ODM projects. MacroSea can also develop and manufacture new EMS products that are not listed in the catalog, from individual wearables to complete training systems. Start with the [product range](https://www.macroseatech.com/products/) or describe your concept.

**What can I customize?**

Customization can cover the brand logo, garment color, fabric, style, packaging and app interface. Include the changes you want in your brief so the product and development scope can be defined together. See the [OEM and ODM services](https://www.macroseatech.com/oem-odm/).

**How do existing product branding and new product development differ?**

For an existing product, the sequence is logo file, brand mockup approval, bulk production, quality inspection and shipment. A new ODM product starts with an idea or drawing, followed by appearance and function design, sampling, customer testing and revisions, then production against the approved sample, inspection and shipment. The [development process](https://www.macroseatech.com/oem-odm/development-process/) explains both routes.

**How are development fees quoted?**

Development fees are discussed with sales according to the product, app functions and other customization in your project brief.

**What certification and regulatory experience does MacroSea have?**

MacroSea has CE, FCC and RoHS documentation. MacroSea has also manufactured products with FDA 510(k) clearance under customers' names and participated throughout the application process.

**Can you share customer case studies?**

Customer projects are kept confidential and are not published as case studies. Sales can discuss MacroSea's development and manufacturing experience in relation to your project.

## Garments & controller

Choose the garment and its control system together.

**Which garments are available in the 2011 family?**

The 2011 family has four formats: full body suit with 20 electrodes and 10 garment channels, training top with 18 electrodes and 9 channels, shorts with 10 electrodes and 5 channels, and long pants with 12 electrodes and 6 channels. Compare coverage in the [2011 garment and size guide](https://www.macroseatech.com/resources/2011-size-guide/).

**Why do garment channels and controller outputs have different counts?**

They describe different parts of the system. The 2011 controller has 16 independent outputs. Each connected garment has its own electrode layout and channel count, such as 10 garment channels in the full body suit. See the [2011 controller](https://www.macroseatech.com/technology/2011-controller/) for the hardware specifications.

**What is the difference between 902K, 2105 and 2011 shorts?**

902K shorts use a wired handheld controller. 2105 shorts use a compact wireless controller without an app. 2011 shorts use the 2011 controller with app control. Compare the three options on the [EMS shorts page](https://www.macroseatech.com/products/ems-shorts/) or read the [control options guide](https://www.macroseatech.com/insights/ems-shorts-control-options/).

**Which controllers work with the belts and other wearables?**

The wired 902S arm belt and 902Y abdominal belt use the 902 controller. The 2105C is the controller model shared by compatible wireless products. The 902 and 2105C systems work without an app; app control is available with 2011. The three controller systems are not interchangeable.

**What settings are available with the 2011 system?**

The 2011 system provides individual zone intensity adjustment from 0 to 100%, a frequency range of 1 to 100 Hz and training duration settings from 1 to 60 minutes. The controller uses Bluetooth and USB C charging. Explore the [controller details](https://www.macroseatech.com/technology/2011-controller/) and [MBODY app controls](https://www.macroseatech.com/technology/mbody-app/).

## MBODY & custom apps

Define the user experience alongside the hardware.

**What does the MBODY app do, and which phones does it support?**

MBODY supports iOS and Android. It connects to the 2011 controller through Bluetooth and provides training mode selection, zone selection and individual zone intensity adjustment. View the [MBODY app overview](https://www.macroseatech.com/technology/mbody-app/) for the control flow.

**What is required for a dedicated app for my brand?**

A dedicated app requires at least 100 sets of garments plus controllers. You provide the UI and functional requirements; the UI and functions are designed together before the app is released. Development fees are discussed with sales. Read the [custom EMS app planning guide](https://www.macroseatech.com/insights/custom-ems-app/) to prepare your requirements.

**Does MBODY require a membership?**

MBODY has no membership system. A dedicated app for your brand can include membership features as part of the agreed functional requirements.

## Orders & care

Prepare a useful inquiry and care for the garment.

**What information should I send for a quotation?**

Send your company name, selected product or model, quantity and customization requirements. For garments, include your proposed size mix. Add app requirements if you need a dedicated app. The [quotation brief guide](https://www.macroseatech.com/insights/ems-oem-quote-brief/) provides a practical checklist, and the [inquiry page](https://www.macroseatech.com/contact/) helps you prepare the message.

**How are the minimum order quantity and lead time set?**

Product minimums and lead times depend on the selected model, order quantity and customization work. Include your intended order quantity and shipment timing in the inquiry to receive a project quotation. The 100 set requirement stated above is specifically for dedicated app development.

**What is included in the standard set?**

The standard garment set includes a garment, controller, charging cable, small spray bottle and instruction manual. The 902S arm belt kit contains two arm bands, one 902 controller, one charging cable, one manual and one storage bag. Include your selected model and any extra items in the inquiry.

**Can I order samples, and can their cost be credited to a bulk order?**

In stock samples are available for purchase. Discuss sample cost credit toward a later bulk order with sales.

**What warranty is included?**

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage not caused by the user: three months for garments and one year for controllers. Depending on the issue, support can include repair, parts replacement or product replacement.

**How should I choose sizes for samples and an order?**

Use the chart for your selected garment. All length measurements are in cm and weight is in kg. The training top XXL Hip is 36 cm and means body hip circumference; the full body suit XXL recommended weight is 90–105 kg. Send your size mix and wearer measurements for sample review. The [2011 size guide](https://www.macroseatech.com/resources/2011-size-guide/) includes readable tables and the original charts.

**How should the garment be washed?**

Remove the controller before washing. Hand wash the garment, or place it in a laundry bag and use a gentle machine wash cycle. Keep the instruction manual with the set for the selected product's operating and care instructions.

## Define the product . Make the next step clear .

A company name, product, quantity and customization brief gives the project discussion a useful starting point.

## Ready to discuss your product?

Send your company, selected model, quantity and customization requirements. Add the garment size mix and app brief where relevant.
